This French Toast Casserole is the perfect breakfast to bake the night before to make your mornings easier! Whether it is for a special holiday brunch or even just a weekend treat, this flavorful dish is packed with cinnamon sugar, that classic French Toast flavor, and a maple drizzle. It’s easy to make, customizable, and can be prepared the day before. I love topping it with fresh fruit and serving it with bacon.
