Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- ½ cup milk of choice , I like oat milk
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese , or dairy-free alternative
- Salt and pepper , to taste
- 3 slices gluten-free bread
- 2 cups of ham or sausage , diced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, oat milk, salt, and pepper. Add to baking dish. Add the bread slices to the egg mixture.
- Top the bread and eggs with ham and cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
