Anti-inflammation Wellness Shots
Ingredients

- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice, (about 2 lemons)
- 2 teaspoons BareOrganics Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger, (or ½ teaspoon ground ginger)
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon raw honey or maple syrup, (optional, to taste)
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons filtered water, (to adjust consistency, if needed)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a small blender or shake vigorously in a jar with a tight lid.
