Green Flush Detox Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- ½ cup cucumber
- 1 apple
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 handful spinach or kale
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 cups canned pure coconut milk, (use a brand that does not contain guar gum) or unsweetened nut milk
- 6 mint or basil leaves
- Juice from 1 lime
Instructions
- Cut the banana, cucumber, and apple into large chunks. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for at least 60 seconds.
