Turmeric & ginger are two of the most extensively studied immune boosters in herbal medicine. They have both shown to help relieve pain, decrease nausea & enhance immune function to fight illnesses & infection.

Tropical Immunity Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 ripe frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 cup frozen or fresh pineapple
- ½ cup carrots
- 1 inch knob of ginger
- ½ teaspoon fresh grated or powdered turmeric
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup canned pure coconut milk, (use a brand that does not contain guar gum)
- Juice from 1 lemon
Optional garnishes:
- Kiwi
- Dragon fruit
- Fresh mango
- Shredded coconut
- 5 mint leaves
Instructions
- Place all ingredients except garnishes in a high-speed blender. Use a blender plunger to help push the frozen fruit toward the blade. Pour into a bowl and garnish with kiwi, dragon fruit, fresh mango, shredded coconut, and mint.
