Tropical Immunity Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients 

  • 1 ripe frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup frozen or fresh pineapple
  • ½ cup carrots
  • 1 inch knob of ginger
  • ½ teaspoon fresh grated or powdered turmeric
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup canned pure coconut milk, (use a brand that does not contain guar gum)
  • Juice from 1 lemon

Optional garnishes:

  • Kiwi
  • Dragon fruit
  • Fresh mango
  • Shredded coconut
  • 5 mint leaves

Instructions 

  • Place all ingredients except garnishes in a high-speed blender. Use a blender plunger to help push the frozen fruit toward the blade. Pour into a bowl and garnish with kiwi, dragon fruit, fresh mango, shredded coconut, and mint.
