Instructions
Place the ice, bananas, peanut butter, dates, cacao powder, and cinnamon in a blender. Add 1 cup of milk. Blend, adding more milk as needed to make a thick but creamy shake.
Notes
While this recipe can be made with any blender, use a high-speed blender for the creamiest results.
