Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together the carrots, mashed banana, applesauce, ground flaxseed, almond butter, and maple syrup. Stir in the oats, coconut, raisins, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
Using your hands, gently form the dough (it will be moist) into balls about 1½ inches in diameter. Place them on the lined baking sheet. (They will not spread, so they can be placed close together.)
Bake for about 20 minutes, until deeply golden brown and just firm to the touch. Cool completely before serving. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
