112-ounce jar or can marinated artichokes, not drained
112-ounce jar or can roasted red peppers, drained
14-ounce can chopped black olives
1tablespoondried marjoram
1tablespoonminced garlic
1tablespoonGreek oregano
Juice of 1 large lemon
Feta cheesecrumbled, for serving (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Combine all of the ingredients except the feta in a large bowl. Transfer to a 9×13-inch casserole dish. Bake for 35-40 minutes. (This could also go into a slow cooker on low for 6 hours.) Top with fresh feta, if using, and serve.
