Save 4 berries for garnish and place the rest along with the agave (or sugar) in a blender or food processor, puree the berries until smooth.
Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Reserve some of the whipped cream for garnish and fold the puree into the rest until almost all the streaks are gone. Spoon into 4 serving dishes. Garnish with reserved cream and berries. Serve immediately or it can be kept for up to half an hour or so in the fridge.
