Preheat the oven to 375ºF. In a large bowl, mix the almond meal, coconut flour, flax meal, arrowroot starch, garlic powder, onion powder, and baking soda together. Stir in the beaten eggs, yogurt, and fat. The dough will appear very mushy and not dough-like at all. Don’t worry. This is okay.
On a parchment-lined cookie sheet, spread the mixture out into a square-like shape about ¼-inch thick. Using a pizza cutter, score 12-14 cuts for your breadsticks. This makes them break perfectly into shape once cooled. Bake for 15-20 minutes until browned. Check often after 10 minutes as time will vary based on the oven and the thickness of the batter.
