Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray or line with parchment paper.
Cut the bagels into smaller pieces. Add to the bottom of the baking dish.
Crack the eggs into a separate bowl. Add milk and whisk together.
Pour the egg mixture over the bagel pieces, ensuring they are evenly coated.
On a cutting board, cut the bacon up into small pieces. For extra crispy bacon, pan fry or air fry your bacon ahead of time.
Top the casserole with shredded cheese and chopped bacon pieces.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the egg mixture is set and the bagels are lightly golden brown. Serve hot and enjoy!
