In a small bowl, combine the crushed Homefree Mini Cookies with applesauce, pumpkin seeds, maple syrup, and cinnamon. Stir until a crumbly, sticky texture forms.
Spoon the crumble mixture into each pear half, pressing gently so the crumbs nestle into the center.
Cover the baking dish loosely with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake another 10–12 minutes, until the pears are tender and the crumble is golden.
