Combine BareOrganics Chia Seed Flour with 5 tablespoons water and let sit for 5 minutes.
Combine BareOrganics Banana Fruit Powder, sugar (or substitute), baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl. In another mixing bowl, combine the chia mixture, dairy-free milk, and 4 tablespoons of oil. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Whisk until lump-free. If too thick, add a little more milk, a little at a time.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a layer of oil. For each pancake, pour ¼ - ⅓ cup of batter, cook for 2 minutes, and flip. Cook for another 1 -2 minutes. Continue with the rest of the batter.
