churro or cinnamon sugar seasoning

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and seasoning.
On a cutting board, cut the bread slices into 1” cubes. Add the bread slices to the baking dish.
Top with egg mixture. Add pats of butter on top, scattered across the dish then cover with tin foil.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the custard is set and the bread is browned on top. Remove tin foil for the last 5 minutes of baking.
Serve with fresh fruit, powdered sugar and maple syrup.
