Preheat your air fryer or oven according to the package directions. Air fry the Puggets according to the package directions.
In a medium bowl, heat the Buffalo wing sauce until warm. Toss the hot Chicken Puggets in the sauce until evenly coated.
In a small bowl, mix the shredded carrots and sliced celery. You can toss them with a drizzle of ranch or blue cheese dressing for extra flavor, or keep them plain for more crunch.
Place a lettuce leaf or two on the bottom burger bun. Add a generous layer of Buffalo Chicken Puggets on top of the lettuce.
Add a handful of the carrot-celery mix on top.
Drizzle with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
Cap it off with the top bun.
Serve warm with extra wing sauce or dressing on the side for dipping.
