Ingredients

pizza crusts from Corn Flour Pizza Dough recipe
½
cup
gluten-free ketchup

slices
prosciutto

ounces
cherry tomatoes

handfuls
fresh basil leaves

handfuls
fresh arugula
Pinch of
freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 475°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread the pre-baked pizza crusts with ketchup and add the prosciutto and tomatoes. Bake for 5-7 minutes, then remove from the oven.
Right before serving, top the pizzas with fresh basil, arugula, and pepper. Serve hot.
