Instructions
Spray a 9 by 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a large mixing bowl, combine cornbread mix, milk, oil, and egg. Mix well. Stir in the cheese and chiles.
Bake 28 – 32 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
