Muddle two cocktail cherries with the bitters and club soda in a cocktail mixing glass to release the flavors.

Pour the Barenjager Honey Bourbon over the muddles mixture and add ice cubes. Stir the drink gently to mix. Place a large ice cube in each of two old-fashioned glasses. Divide the drink between the two glasses, garnish with an orange peel and cocktail cherry.
