Whisk together the honey, De La Rosa Rice Vinegar, De La Rosa Toasted Sesame Oil, coconut aminos, orange zest, and orange juice. Pour into the skillet and bring to a gentle simmer.
In a small bowl, whisk together the arrowroot starch and water until smooth. Stir into the sauce and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, until slightly thickened.
Return the chicken to the skillet and toss to coat evenly in the glaze. Continue cooking for 1 to 2 minutes, allowing the sauce to cling to the chicken.
Transfer to a serving platter and sprinkle with the toasted sesame seeds and green onions.
