In a large pitcher, combine the orange slices, grapes, cinnamon sticks, and cloves. Pour in the white wine, Barenjager Honey Liqueur, and orange liqueur. Stir to combine.
Refrigerate the sangria for at least 2 hours (or overnight) to allow the flavors to blend.
When ready to serve, pour into glasses over ice (if desired) and top with a splash of club soda or sparkling water for some fizz. Garnish with additional orange slices or grapes.
