Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the sugar, eggs, buttermilk, cornmeal, melted butter, vanilla, nutmeg, and salt. Whisk until fully combined. Pour into the pie crust and bake 40 – 50 minutes or until the filling is set. Let cool.
