Chocolate frosting

crushed gluten free chocolate cookie crumbs

Instructions
Bake the cupcakes per the package directions. If using terra cotta pots, fill them 2/3 full with the batter before baking. Let cool completely.
Spread a layer of frosting on top of each cupcake. Place the crushed cookie crumbs on a small plate and dip the frosting into the crumbs.
