3cupsfresh or frozenand thawed rhubarb, cut into ½-inch slices
2cupsfresh or frozenand thawed strawberries
½cuphoney
Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat. Continue to boil gently for 5 minutes. Let cool.
