Ingredients
5poundsbaby back ribs
Gluten-free dry rub seasoning
½cupgluten-free barbecue sauce
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 275°F.
Flip the ribs bone side up and insert a dinner knife just under the white membrane that covers the meat and bones. Gently peel the membrane off and discard. Place the ribs on a baking sheet or roasting pan and generously season on all sides with dry rub seasoning.
Cover with foil and bake for 3½ - 4 hours or until the meat is very tender.
When the ribs have finished baking, remove them from the oven and discard the foil. Turn the broiler on high and position the top rack 8 inches from the broiler. Place ribs on a new baking sheet, bone side down, and brush with the barbecue sauce. Broil for 3-5 minutes, watching to make sure the sauce does not burn. Serve warm.
