116-ounce can garbanzo beansrinsed, drained and finely chopped
Instructions
Combine the water, eggs, and vinegar and pour into the pan of the breadmaker.
Whisk together the garbanzo bean flour, tapioca starch, cornstarch, sweet rice flour, xanthan gum, and cumin. Pour over the liquid in the breadmaker.
On top of the flour mixture, put the sugar, milk powder, salt, olive oil, chives, and garlic. Make a little well in the center and add the yeast.
Program the breadmaker to the gluten free setting and medium crust, and start the machine. When the timer beeps (in about 45 minutes), add the garbanzo beans, stir into the dough, and scrape down the sides of the pan of the breadmaker with a spatula. Smooth the top of the dough.
When the bread is done, remove from the breadmaker pan and cool on a wire rack.
