Instructions
Use a 2-quart slow cooker. Place the cooked meat into your slow cooker insert. Add the softened cream cheese and drained tomatoes. Cover and cook on low for 90 minutes or on high for about 45 minutes. Stir well and serve hot, right out of the cooker, with chips.
