Whisk all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl until fully combined and no lumps.
Store in an airtight container.
To serve, mix ¼ cup mix with ¾ cups hot milk of any kind.
*Vanilla powder:
To make your own vanilla powder, simply roast 4 vanilla beans in a 350 degree oven for 5 minutes or until fully dry. Grind into a fine powder in a spice grinder. Use ½ teaspoon powder for every teaspoon of vanilla extract.
