Pesto Pizza with Shaved Asparagus

Ingredients

gluten-free vegan pizza crust
¾ -1
cup
vegan pesto
, preferably homemade (recipe here)
3-4
asparagus spears
1-2
cups
pea shoots
Instructions
Bake the crust according to recipe instructions.
When done, remove the crust from the oven and top with the pesto.
Shave asparagus strands using a vegetable peeler.
Cut the strands in half and sprinkle on the pizza.
Return to the oven and bake for 3-5 minutes.
Remove from the oven and top with pea shoots.
Cut into slices and serve immediately.
