Ingredients

  • ⅔ cup neutral-tasting oil , such as grapeseed, sunflower or canola
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 clove garlic , grated or finely minced
  • 1 shallot , finely chopped
  • 1½ teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon gluten-free Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

  • Place all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid; shake vigorously until the mixture is well-combined. Alternatively, place all ingredients in a bowl; whisk vigorously until combined.
