The Cherrycello
The combination of cherry juice, limoncello and vodka make this drink a crowd favorite. Sweet and light, it’s an easy-sipping beverage that can be made stronger or weaker, depending on how much club soda you add. Maraschino cherries made without corn syrup, artificial flavors and colors are available from Tillen Farms and Trader Joe’s.

Ingredients
- 2 ounces vodka
- 1 ounce limoncello
- 1 tablespoon maraschino cherry juice
- Club soda or sparkling water
- 3 maraschino cherries with stems , for garnish
Instructions
- In a glass filled with ice, combine vodka, limoncello and 1 tablespoon juice from a jar of maraschino cherries.
- Add club soda or sparkling water, to your taste. Garnish with maraschino cherries.
