Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk well until fully combined. Can be stored in an air-tight container for up to 6 months in the pantry. (Makes about 1 cup.)
Pork Chops
Line a baking sheet with foil.
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of rub on all sides of the pork chops, pressing the rub onto the meat well. Place on the prepared baking sheet and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Bake the pork chops for 20 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
