Unwrap the ham. If there is a flavor packet included, discard it. Place the ham into the slow cooker insert (flat side down).
In a small bowl, combine the honey, mustard, ginger, cloves, and cinnamon. Smear this paste on top of the ham, allowing some to drip between the slices.
Add all of the citrus juice and a little bit of the pulp to the empty mustard sauce bowl. Stir to combine. Pour this into the slow cooker. Add the ginger ale.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for about 3 hours.
