Use a 4-quart slow cooker. There is no need to brown the meat before placing it into the slow cooker. Add all ingredients to the pot, and stir well to combine.
Cover, and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for about 4 hours. Stir well to break up clumps before serving in toasted gluten-free hamburger buns. Top with sliced cheese and pickles, or toppings of choice.
