Preheat the oven to 425°F. Place the pizza crusts on parchment lined baking sheets.
In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. Drain on paper towels, reserving 2 tablespoons of drippings in the skillet and another 2 tablespoons in a small bowl to brush pizza crusts with.
Add apples to reserved drippings in the skillet. Cook 5 minutes, stirring to scrape up any browned bits.
Brush prepared crusts with reserved bacon drippings from the bowl and top evenly with dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Spread cheddar cheese evenly over both crusts. Spread apples evenly over pizzas to within ½ inch of the edges. Cook about 8 minutes.
Remove pizzas from oven and evenly spread the reserved bacon over the apples on each pizza. Cook for 3-4 minutes more or until crust and toppings are golden brown.
Lightly drizzle honey over each pizza. Top with fresh basil right before serving.
