Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
Combine 1 cup SunButter with graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, melted butter, and salt; mix well. Press firmly and evenly into the prepared pan. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Melt the chocolate chips and 2 tablespoons SunButter over a pan of barely simmering water. Spread evenly over the base and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Using the parchment to help you lift the mixture from the pan, place on a cutting board and cut into bars.
