Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place the cabbage quarters on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast for 40 –45 minutes or until tender, charred, and crisp around the edges.

Heat chili oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Add the breadcrumbs and cook, stirring often until golden brown.

Heat the House Party Cheesy Dip in a small saucepan over medium-low heat until hot.

Place the cabbage on a serving platter, spoon over the cheese sauce and top with toasted breadcrumbs and green onions.
