Preheat your oven to 325 degrees Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and almond milk until well combined. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix. Fold in the goji berries and vegan chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it out evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the bread to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
