Make the sea moss gel by combining the BareOrganics Irish Sea Moss Powder and 1½ cups hot water in a blender and blend until smooth and gel-like. Allow the mixture to sit for 5 to 10 minutes — it will thicken as it cools. (Refrigerate any leftover gel for up to one week.)
Add the coconut milk and 1 ½ cups room temperature water to a large blender and blend. Add 6 tablespoons of your prepared gel and blend to combine. Add the BareOrganics Pumpkin Protein Powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, vanilla, maple syrup, and salt. Blend until completely smooth, creamy, and lightly frothy, about 30 seconds.
Pour into a pitcher or punch bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour for best flavor. Pour over ice and garnish with cinnamon sticks or orange slices if desired.
