Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pat chicken wings dry and season with salt and pepper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the hoisin sauce, honey, tamari, and sesame oil. Mix well. Add the chicken wings and toss to coat well.
Place chicken wings in a single layer on baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Flip the wings over and bake for another 15 – 20 minutes or until they rach an internal temperature of 165°F.
