15.2 ounce package Boursin cheese or other garlic and herb cream cheese spread
2large pearscored and thinly sliced
2ouncesthinly sliced prosciutto
1cupbaby arugula
Kosher or fine sea saltto taste
Freshly ground black pepperto taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Brush the pizza crusts with olive oil. Divide and spread the cheese evenly among each pizza crust. Place the pear slices in a circle over the cheese, overlapping the slices slightly. Place the pizzas on a baking sheet and bake for 7 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Immediately after removing the pizzas from the oven, lay the prosciutto slices on top. Place half the arugula on each pizza, drizzle with a little olive oil, and sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper. Cut into slices and serve immediately.
