1/8cupbrown sugarpacked
1teaspoonpure vanilla extract
Pinchof kosher or fine sea salt
Instructions
Place the fruit in a large airtight container or bag. Whisk together the remaining ingredients and pour over the fruit. Toss to coat. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Heat a grill to medium. Place fruit directly on the grill and cook, with the lid off, for 1 minute on each side. Remove from the grill and serve warm.
