Add all of the ingredients except the chicken to a large bowl. Stir to combine. Add the chicken and toss to coat. Place in a sealed bag or container and marinate for at least 2 hours or preferably overnight.
Heat a grill to medium. Grill the chicken for 2-3 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165ºF on a meat thermometer. (Everyone’s grill is a little different, so never walk away and always have a meat thermometer!) Serve with Balsamic Grilled Fruit
