Preheat the oven to 375°F. Grease 18 standard muffin tins well.
Combine stuffing, turkey, and cranberry sauce in a mixing bowl. Divide the mixture among the prepared muffin tins, loosely packed.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over the stuffing in the muffin tins, filling between ½ and ¾ full. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set and browned.
Can be reheated, as needed, in the microwave or oven.
