These All-American green beans have been re-invented & go perfectly with a classic steak dinner.

1tablespoonextra-virgin olive oil
2tablespoonsbutter or dairy-free substitute
1½cupscherry or grape tomatoeshalved
Kosher or fine sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat for 3 minutes. Add the oil and butter. When the butter has melted, add the green beans, tomatoes, and garlic. Let sit for 90 seconds, undisturbed. Toss and cook for another 2-3 minutes or until the beans are crisp-tender and the tomatoes start breaking down. Add the vinegar, season to taste with salt and pepper, toss to coat, and serve.
