2(6-ounce)cans albacore tuna, preferably no salt added

2tablespoonsmayonnaise
1teaspoonharissa sauce/paste
1teaspoonfresh lemon juice
½teaspoonkosher or fine sea salt
½teaspoonfreshly ground black pepper
½teaspooncayenne pepperoptional
½cupgrated carrot
¼cupminced shallot
Instructions
Drain the tuna and transfer to a mixing bowl. Break up the fish with a fork and then add the hummus, mayonnaise, harissa, lemon juice, and spices. Stir to combine. Fold in the carrot and shallot.
Transfer to an airtight container or assemble into sandwiches. (Salad can be made up to 1 day ahead of time. Sandwiches should be enjoyed the same day.)
