1large English seedless cucumber
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, dill, chives, lemon juice, onion powder, and garlic powder. Taste and season with salt and pepper as desired. Transfer to a pastry bag or zip-topped bag fitted with a star tip. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
When ready to serve, slice the cucumber into ¼-inch thick rounds. Pipe the cream cheese mixture onto each cucumber round and garnish with chopped chives. Serve immediately.
