Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425ºF. In a large bowl, mix all the seasonings together. Add the orange zest and olive oil. Add the chicken and thoroughly coat with the spice mixture.
Place the chicken in a cast iron pan or Dutch oven and place the orange slices on top. Roast for 30 minutes or until the chicken registers 165ºF with a meat thermometer.
