18-ounce package fresh mozzarella, sliced
126-ounce jar prepared pasta sauce
Cooked gluten-free pastabrown rice, or fresh spinach, for serving

Instructions
Use a 6-quart slow cooker sprayed with gluten-free cooking spray. Add the cut pieces of chicken to the prepared insert. Sprinkle with the basil and minced garlic. Top with the mozzarella slices. Pour the pasta sauce evenly over the top. Cover and cook on low for 7 hours or on high for about 4 hours.
Serve on top of gluten-free pasta, brown rice, or a bed of fresh spinach leaves with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
