1litercold club soda
Instructions
Place the cinnamon sticks, orange peel, cloves, ginger, honey, and water in a medium saucepan and bring to a simmer. Cover the pan, turn the heat to low, and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit for 1 hour, uncovered, to steep. Strain and cool completely. Refrigerate until ready to mix the punch. (Can be made up to 3 days ahead.)
When ready to serve, combine the cold honey mixture with the juices and club soda into a punch bowl.
