16-ounce carton plain Greek yogurt (or any plain yogurt of choice)
1teaspoonhoney
¼teaspoonground cinnamon
1/8teaspoonground cardamom
½ - ¾cupdiced mango or pineapple
2tablespoonsunsweetened coconut flakes
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, honey, cinnamon, and cardamom. Spoon half of the spiced yogurt into a jar or serving glass. Add half of the mango, then half of the coconut flakes. Repeat the layers again and serve.
